How to Build A 3d Design Of any building in Coral Draw

Steps to take in order to build 3d Building

1. Draw the wall of the building

2. Add windows to the walls

3. Add floors and roof

4. Make sure everything is right by modifying it accordingly if not done correctly

(The following steps are meant for those who know how to use Coral Draw)

Step 1: draw a triangle then change it into a 2D polygon, now shade it black

2: Go on modify its color properties make sure you give it this color code # 255 255 255 (white)

3: place your mouse over the white part of your shape using left-click move around you see one part highlight blue that part is the only one that will be affected by your next move

4: press shift and hold while dragging a corner of it until it looks like this

          just drag any corner to make a cut out on the shape

Step 5: release shift and left click, now press ctrl + shift + I or go on select inverse if you dont see the blue side

(it’s just pressing these keys together in order one after another)

and hit delete on your keyboard.

Step 6: draw a box right over the top of your building just use black #000000 color code shade it from bottom to top then go on select all of it copy the shape and paste it.

(just press ctrl+c to copy and ctrl + v to paste)

(Also make sure your blue part is selected)

Step 7: Now select your black box go on modify color properties again change its color this time # 000 000 000 (black)

Step 8: go on the selection tool, now click anywhere you see the blue parts changed into the red that means it’s selected now hit delete on your keyboard

(you can also finish it by hitting backspace or right-clicking and selecting erase).                        Now you have a cut-out of the wall of the building…Your Building Wall Done!

The time for Windows’s next step is to start adding windows. This will involve a lot of steps so follow closely!

(these next few steps are meant for those who know how to use Coral Draw)

1: First draw a rectangle and go on the shade it #1a1101 (light orange)

Step 2: now copy and paste your light orange shape make sure it’s selected go on modify color properties once more change the # to # 080 040 000 (#red+#040=orange).

Step 3: Now select your red shape, Go On the Selection toolbox click anywhere you see the blue parts become red.

(shift +click will do this faster if you missed one part hold shift then click until all is red)

4: once your window is fully selected press ctrl+c to copy then paste it.

ctrl +v or right-click and erase

5: go on modify color properties again this time make sure you change the # to black # 000 000 000

(tutorial part ends here for those who know how to use Coral Draw, if not continue reading)                        Your Window Frame has done!. So  Now make a cut out of it by following steps in order 4 and 5 until all windows are cut out…it will look like this when done correctly.

When shading your building from front to back top edge with white #ffffff then backside with black # 000000

But now you have a fully 3d building without shadows !!! Save as .png for best results.

To make windows on the sides of your buildings make sure you draw them as a cut out as shown earlier in order 13 and 16 now follow steps from 4-7.

You can always go back to make changes by erasing parts or going on modifying color properties until you see fit!
