Today, let us dig out this latest information for your reference

One smartphone that we should not miss in 2015 is Xiaomi’s Redmi Pro. I bet you will be confused when you search about it in Google. You will find a lot of news and rumors about the release date and specs. Today, let us dig out this latest information for your reference:

Design:

Similar to Mi Note

Xiaomi has scheduled an event on July 27th where it’s expected to unveil the successor to Mi Note phablet named as ‘Mi Note 2’. According to our source , company is working hard and testing the prototype of the device so there might be some changes from current design. As claimed by company representative last month ,We are not copying Apple’s iPhone design. Apple is copying Mi Note. Specifically, if you look at the antenna band it’s placement is same as on Mi Note. This new under-glass front panel will bring some changes in overall design of Redmi Pro .

Xiaomi Redmi Pro Specification:

Redmi Pro comes with a MIUI 8 built on top of Android Lollipop 5.1, which boasts of several features that are being rolled out with every iteration of Xiaomi’s popular custom ROM. MIUI 8 has been designed with an aim to improve aesthetic appeal while also enhancing user experience and performance; we’ll only know for sure once we get our hands on the phone and put it through its paces. Xiaomi recently announced that MIUI 8 will be made available for a total of 20 models, and Redmi Pro will be the first in this list.

Pros:

– The best value-for-money smartphone you can buy right now. It offers top notch specs at an extremely affordable price point.

– Snapdragon 652 is far better than Snapdragon 808 or 810 (arguably) chipsets found on the other flagships like LG G4 and HTC One M9+, respectively. The Xiaomi phone has 4GB RAM while the other phones sport 3GB RAM only.

– Big battery with quick charge support which makes it one of the best Android smartphones to buy under $300 price range.

– 5100mAh battery lasts for 3 days under normal use. Also supports Quick charge 2.0

Con’s:

– The camera isn’t as good as the Mi5, it is usually found under $300 dollars on sites like eBay etc. There are many smartphones with better specs at this price range (One Plus Two, LeEco) but none of them has an impressive battery like Redmi Pro. You can grab this device on sale for just Rs 12,000 on India’s biggest eCommerce portal Flipkart.

– No NFC Support, No wireless charging support . There are many devices with these features at even more affordable prices than Xiaomi RedMi Pro

– Major Disappointment: Only FullHD screen, Its 2016 & Under 10K you should get or UHD screens.

Till now, there is no official announcement from the Xiaomi camp about the release date and price of the Redmi Pro. According to our source, It will be priced under Rs 15000 in India. This may not be a long wait because there are a lot of big events coming soon like Mi Note 2 on July 27th, which we believe that it might also launch alongside Mi Max. Hope you guys enjoyed the article! Stay tuned!
